Riley -- that's a hell of a question, especially as you give no idea what yourm feature requires, and what level you're pitching it at. Is it a full on action movie with all that that entails? Or, is it a low key character based drama/comedy, which just requires really good actors and a couple of locations? Which is it? Clerks or El Mariachi. Also what level are you going for, is this basically something you just want to make for yourself or is this going to be a "Real" Movie that you want to poitch foir distribution. Also, what sport fo budget are you aiming for? Thousands? Tens of thousands? fractions of millions?

In the mean time I think the best thing would be to recommend a few good books "Extreme DV at Used-Car Prices", "The Guerilla Filmmakers Handbook" (is the US edition out yet?), "The Independent Filmmaker's Law and Business Guide", and "Digital Filmmaking 101".
