Hi! Need feedback on these pics that are from a test shot in preparation for a longer project. Used Canon XM2 and mb in post.

Xm2 / Gl2

They look pretty good...the GL2 shots look a little warmer to me than yours, but then again i dont know what conditions you were shooting in neither do i know what look you were goin after.

All in All...i like.

Does the XM2 shoot 25p? I know the PAL-land XL1 does...however the USA version only shoots Frame Movie Mode (Which is 30p). The GL2 shoots 30p too.

They look quite film-like.
You can also try a little warmer colors as Garrison pointed out.

Did you use a 35mm adapter?

Screenshots look nice.

Ps: Garrison, in PAL land, the GL2 indeed shoots 25p, like the GL1, XL1 and XL1s.

Thanks for the comments. Didn't use any 35 adapter. All i did to tweak the xm2 was to turn down color gain, color phase, sharpness in custom presets and do manual white balance. Would like some more comments on the framing, coloring, atmosphere etc. I could upload a short video clip later. Thanks

All look fine, and they breathe atmosphere, but it's difficult to talk about that if we haven't seen the film or know about the subject matter.

Which MB presets did you use, or were they custom made? Nice shots btw!
