sony hvr a1 or panasonic dvx for film

Next week Im shooting my first feature film in pal land, and we have both cameras. Which one you guys think would be the best option in the attempt to achieve a certain film look

Actually in what light concerns the panasonic is stronger, right? And I guess the 25p mode works better also in the this one too. Actually my d.o.p wants tho shoot 25p progressive with the panasonic dvx...

or would you recomend go 25 p in post even with this camera?

thanks for your help

martin

p.s. We are using rode ntg2 and Me66, both cameras have 2 xlr imputs..

I would go for the PAnasonic DVX, I think it has better manual control, more image settings and more of a filmlook.
