De-interlaced/Pixelated Video?

Hi everyone. I'm using a Canon XL2 and I've notice after a few different video I have done, that the picture isn't as clear and crisp as I would like it to be. Sometimes you can see like jagged edges on a person and carefully see in some scene it would be pixelated more then de-interlaced. I've did my best in post but do you guys know what I'm doing wrong?

Someone had mention and I've suspected WB is incorrect? I appreciate anyone's info. thank you everyone in advance.

Mike

I am getting the same problems when I shoot in 60i. I see that you use Final Cut to edit, does FC offer a 60i setting that allows you to capture with 60i format?

Thanks,
Stephen
