This one is very good, alot cheaper than the Look Suite, and uses no additional plugins, all built from within After Effects, so render time is cut down by miles compared. Also included is some film transitions and burns/fades that work just as good as Magic Bullet Optical plugin.

This guy also does a free frame rate convertor too, that works faster than the Bullet core plugin.
