Legal Issues

I apologize ahead of time if something like this has been posted before but I didn't find anything so...

I am preparing for a feature film, I know what im doing in that aspect but in terms of legal things I should worry about I'm not sure. This time around its going to be sold and I need to worry about certain things. So far I've listed:

1) Permission to shoot on all property used
2) Permission to shoot whomever is on camera at any given time
3) Not showing commercial products names blatently (not sure on this one)
4) Everything on screen in terms of media should be owned by myself or created by me, this includes anything used to composite, music, sounds, etc.

I can't think of more, I should be OK if everything is done with permission (written obviously) and I make sure that whatever I shoot/use is mine basically. Am I missing anything?

If you've got a production company, you'll also have to assign the script rights from the writer (Even if you've written it yourself) to the production company. Same with the music, it needs a contract.

Actors to have contracts detailing payments and the territories that you've cleared with them.
