People near Long Branch, NJ? at DVinfo.net

I reside in Long Branch, NJ.... is there a way in which one can locate other DVi Community/Network members by state, town, etc...
I think it would be a good idea if members new more of what's going on locally in the DV field.....
Maybe discussion boards can be sorted by state for members.

What do you guys think?

Hi Chris, I'm in Medford NJ which is maybe 70 miles from you. There are others here from NJ as well, if you hang around for awhile you will notice their locations in their postings. I have also noticed that Frederic Haubrich who wrangles the HDV editing forum is in Point Pleasant.

Hey guys. I'm from Saddle Brook, Parkway exit 159 (right where Parkway, and RT. 80 intersect). I am a film student in William Paterson U right now and do some paid editing on the side. I love being on set, so if anybody ever needs some help, holler back (love to get into camera dept.) I have a season pass to Sandy Hook, so I come down near the shore pretty often. We New Jerseyians have a good deal...working in NYC and not paying to live there.

I haven't been getting a lot of hours at work this Summer (I am a pool guy, and do construction cleanup in between semesters), and would be love to help out on NJ shoots, if I got some advanced scheduling. Anybody working on anything good right now?
