Linn, 28 from Norway

Hi!

My name is Linn, I am a 28 year old girl from Norway. I just became a member here and so far I love it! Seems like a great forum for people who love the same things as I do.

I have a nursing degree and love my job, I also like to travel, go out to shows, standup and other fun things. Family and friends are also important to me.

Been doing some videos, but would like to do more. I use a Canon 60D and like it. Thinking about upgrading to the 5D Mark 3 one day in the not so far future.

Hopefully this great forum will give me some inspiration in what I can do! :)

Thanks for letting me be a part DVINFO :)

Welcome Linn. You live in a very beautiful country for making films. I am a very regular visitor to Norway. I was even in Sogndal two weeks ago.

Velkommen til DVinfo, Linn. Just wanted to let you know that on the west coast there is a little town called Poulsbo that many locals call "little Norway".
google search: poulsbo - Google Search

It was settled in the late 1800s by people from Scandinavia but mainly from Finland and Norway. Historically, there used to be a large commercial fishing fleet home ported here that due to the drop off in the numbers of fish that has declined. Urban development has impacted their habitat to the point where it no longer viable.

Anyway, there is a large Sons of Norway hall that provides a meeting place and helps to keep the nordic traditions alive.

The name, Poulsbo, is a mis-spelling by the US Post Office for "Paul's Place" when the Post Office was established here. Read the Wikipedia article: Poulsbo, Washington - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So, again, Velkommen!
