Hi folks.. My name is Wade.. I'm here in Modesto CA.
I joined DVI to learn about the DV format and hopefully start a business around video. I am (was) a professional lighting and pyro tech in the country music world and have had several instances of my work on National TV. I got out of lighting to persue other things as I had reached the top of my lighting career as far as I wanted to take it.

I'm a huge geek, I do computers (and one in my truck, see www.StineEngineering.com), I fly ultralights (see www.usppa.org) and do all sorts of other things, but those are the two big ones.

ANyway.. I'll be asking for advice and looking in the classifieds for gently used gear.
