I have been experimenting with Youtube.

I have Cable DSL, but not that good of Bandwith. So just about everything I try to watch that others post, the quality is not that good.

For others to watch my stuff, what would be the best format?
My 3 minute mpeg 4 file above took twenty minutes to upload.

I'm not the smartest turnip in the pot, so:
Any suggestions, idea's, tricks, scams, or other idea's would be appreciated.

my videos are mainly from Japanese underground events, also got a short film that a friend and I made here in Osaka. Probably a side of Japan most of you have not seen, check it out. Yeah, congrats on your 100th post.

Cool!

I do allot of Vlogging and Comedy type videos.... I use my Canon XL1 to record everything... although its not a good representation of what the camera can do being that its YouTube and the video quality is diminished significantly.

Thanks to all the people who posted.

Hi Dave,
Just in case there is a misunderstanding, the video quality of Youtube is the same for all users regardless of bandwidth.

Garrison I agree YouTube is cruddy but that is exactly what I like about it, it's unforgiving. Compelling video content will survive the harsh encoding & re-sizing. Not that I'm demonstrating this, but certainly others have...

I'm looking forward to cruising all of your guys' sites. I find it very hard to find things I really want to watch on You Tube.
