Help needed Canon 9900F scanner

Does anyone have a Canon 9900F scanner? I just bought one here in Japan and the bundled software is all in Japanese (duh). Actually, it's not me it's my English OS that won't display the Japanese properly. If anyone has this scanner and wouldn't mind copying the CD for me I would be so stoked.

Does the canon USA site perhaps have the software online to
download? (it doesn't for my still camera).

All I could find on all the Canon sites was the English driver and the utilities. The scanner came bundled with Photoshop Elements 2.0 and some OCR software, I have Photoshop 7.0 but I need the OCR software.
