"Media" Reflective Safety jacket

Does anyone know where I can get a rain jacket that says "MEDIA" on the back in reflective lettering?

Please let me know I'de appreciate it.

No, but if you can't, it should be relatively inexpensive to get a normal rainjacket custom altered this way by a local seamstress or tailor.

I would have recommended having it embroidered. This would probably cost $30-$40 above and beyond the cost of the jacket, but...if you did that, the needlework would probably destroy the waterproof integrity of the jacket.

So...

Take it to a local T-Shirt shop and have it silkcreened!

Silk Screened? What do they do when the silk screen? They put the reflective matl on the jacket?

I have a Yellow rain Jacket now, I want to have MEDIA put on the Back that feflects, Kinda well exactly liek the fire safety jackets etc.

I agree with Rick. We had a couple of our work jackets silk screened with reflective inks to use on the job. You will probably have to call around to find a vendor that will work with you, as we did.

Otherwise, search the police/fire supply mags or web sites and see if they will custom screen a rain slicker. Or check construction supply sites. You might also look at the National Association of Broadcasters web site. They used to have a store, but I haven't looked there for years.

As a side note, be sure the letters are a minimum of two inches tall. We found anything smaller was hard to read.
