DVExpo?

I have a chance to go to the upcoming DVExpo, but I have to make a case for the boss. Has anybody here gone? Anything to say about it? He wants me to reassure him that its not thinly veiled sales pitch with some token classes sprinkled on top...

Thanks...

That's where I started. I handed in an itinerary of the classes I'd take and why they are relevent to my work.

I am a multimedia developer that uses video as one of a few tools to do my job. It's not unusual to go to a conference, but it IS unusual for it to be specifically for video. It's usually e-learning or something like that.

He's willing to send me. He just needs a little more massaging (verbally). Anyone else?
