Best TV capture card?

I'm building a new computer and I was wondering about TV capture cards. Besides the All-in-Wonder, which I am not going to get (I just bought a Nvidia GeForce 6600), what TV capture cards are out there? Any features I should be looking for? Which is generally considered the best?

Hauppauge is a well known brand for TV tuners. I've checked out
the current edition of PC Pro (since they are talking about Windows
XP Media Center Edition to get/build a PVR) magazine to see
which TV tuners where in those devices:

- Hauppauge WinTV PVR-500 (dual analog): 4x
- nVidia NVTV (analog): 1x
- AverMedia M150 (analog): 1x
- GDI Black Gold DVB-T (digital): 2x
- ATI eHome Wonder (analog): 1x
- Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 (analog): 1x

Hauppauge is clearly the most used one in the analog market. If
you need digital then you have less options.

Depending on what you are going to use it for (MCE or something
else for example) you may need or want a dual tuner card (like
the Hauppauge PVR-500) or two cards.
