Video & Photos in the maternity ward

Some hospitals are banning video & photos during deliveries... parents not impressed.

Northside Hospital in Atlanta (nicknamed "the baby factory of America" because of the highest number of babies born in any US hospital) banned them both about 5 or six years ago. You cannot shoot any still or video images during the actual birthing process. I suspect they are afraid of possible medical malpractice lawsuites...

I was allowed to shoot only because my wife works there as an L&D registered nurse.
