No conformation from BHPHOTO?
 

I just placed an order. and I haven't gotten my conformation email. Which I should receive. Correct? Has this happend to anyone? I unofrtunatly didn't print out the receipt (hits head). My order was placed yesterday. Shouldn't I have recieved something by now?

I usually an order confirmation almost right away and a ship confirmation when they actually ship it. :(

Maybe check with your credit card to see if the order was charged, then double check with B&H?

Do you have any spam or junk email filters on your email? I seem to recall that on my last order, it somehow ended up in my spam folder. You should be able to check the progress on the my account page.

Why not just give them a call and ask about your order? I'm pretty sure that they use your phone number as a customer number. Or at least that's what they ask for when you buy something in person at the store.

Happened to me with an order I placed last week. However, you can log in to you account on-line at BH and get current order status with tracking - so it's no big deal.

E-mail confirmation is only with e-mail orders. If you want to track your package, then call 1-800-221-5743. Press #2 at the prompt and you will be asked to punch in your order number. Once you use your phone keypad to enter your order number, an automated voice will give you your UPS tracking number.

Easy as 3.14! (Pie for all of you math whizzes)
