Blooper noise tone.

You know the one. When they're cutting from one shot to the next and there's a beep tone made as they switch over. I'm pretty sure it's the standard 1k tone but when I use it in premiere it just doesn't sound the same. Anyone have any ideas on where I could find an mp3 or wav?

Well I think I've got a workable version. I just took the 1k tone from the bars and tone generator and clipped it down to 6 frames long. It's a pretty good beep, and is probably just the right lenght.

on that note, if you dont ahve the noise tone maker on the camera (like my FX1) Where can you find one for editing purposes?

Most NLE's have a bars and tone generator built in, but finding a 1khz tone on the internet should be no problem.

I think 1 kHz is too high for the blooper reel effect. Try 500 Hz, or lower.

Just slo-mo the audio clip to what sounds best.
