Yeah, I saw that. As my wife is an IP attorney, I've sort of had a 'running account' from a professional's POV of this issue. Much the way the whole "IPhone" controversy is developing.

I suspect the Beatles made a very VERY handsome piece of change out of this. As I suspect that Cisco will when APPLE settles over the Iphone mark.
