A1-head/tripod and steady effect
 

I just got back into video with the A-1. I'm a prosumer.

I have a pretty decent tripod/head for run and gun still photography....works well. My system is light which is no problem when my still camera shoots at 1/1000 sec.

Now I need a head/tripod for the A-1. Since I can't use the stabilizer on a tripod for the A-1, I would like to find a tripod/head for the A-1 that doesn't bounce all over the place when I touch the A-1 and the camera is running at 60 fps and shutter speed 1/100.

Truth is, I don't worry a lot about the weight of the tripod/head. Heavy is o.k.....if it works.

I just want something that I can use when I adjust zoom or what have you, with the A-1 that won't cause the video to bounce all over the place.

At this point, I'm hoping to find a tripod/head combo for $600-$800 for my A-1.

Any suggestions?
