Cartoni Action Pro AP11 vs. AP10 head

Hi,

I have the Panasonic AG-DVX100 camera. I just recently purchased the Cartoni Action Pro from B&H. However, there was two tripods for the Cartoni Action Pro, one that supports 6 lb. load (AP10) and one that supports 12 lb. load (AP11). I know my camera only weighs about 4 lb. but I had to take into consideration the added weight of the battery, lighting (Frezzi mini-fill) as well as the Sennheiser Shotgun mic MKE66. I ended up getting the 12 lb. load Cartoni tripod. I was wondering if any other users out there feel that this would make a big difference in the way it affects my pan and tilt? I don't have the luxury to try both models in the store so I don't know if the 6 lb. load would have been a better choice for me.

Thanks for any feedback.

John
