Good case?
 

I just got a Bogen 3246 with the 516 head and I'm looking for a case that I can use, I will be traveling on a plane and I don't think they will let me carry it on, so it would have to be checked. When I got my kit from B&H I got the "Bogen Hard Case" which is a joke, it's HUGE and not very strong looking, I will return that right away.

I'm getting a pelican 1660 for some other stuff and was hoping it would fit in that but I think it's going to be like 1 inch too short, to fit without the head. I think the inside of the case is like 29 and the tripod is like 31 or 32 anyway anyone got any ideas? How do you travel with your tripods?
