Ares is Secced right?
So, I used some of their stuff, while new they behave like sachtlers, almost.
problem I had were:
1. The leveling bubble is too small, hard to judge level as it seems to lie a bit.
2. After 12 days of hard field use the ball (not the head, but the ball connector) was not handling as smoothly.
3. Some of the plastic connectors on the legs - like cups at the end of the tubes
could get loose.
Al in all I would say they are good for their price - much better than Bogen/Manfroto 501
when new, can't say how they would behave after a year. Head is smooth.
