Quick Release for Glidecam 2000/Vanguard Tripod?
 
I just bought a Glidecam 2000 Pro. I am looking for a quick release plate that will work for my Canon HV40 camcorder to be put right on my Vanguard VT-528 tripod.

Here's the tripod:

Would this QR plate work?
Manfrotto | 394 Low Profile Quick Release Adapter with | 394

It looks to be the same size, but I am not sure.
