I just upgraded from my old Vinten Blue head to a Sachtler FSB-8 for my bigger setups (more on that next time) and I'm hoping this nifty US$160 gadget gets released in a 75mm version next time. Looks useful.

Sachtler also released some Ace accessories and Sachtler V mount batts.

it works great. I played with it at NAB. The DVI Crew has some footage of it in use in the booth as well.

Do let us know if a 75mm version will be out for say an fsb or ace series.

Will it work on an OConnor head standing on top of a Sachtler tripod?
