I have used the super macro a few times and been impressed. I liked your film, but a few wide-angle shots would have improved it. Reminded me of a trip I took to Lapland - only had a stills camera then.

What did you do to the ant at the end of the film? Was that slowed down? It just looked a bit strange.

Vidar Vedaa May 4th, 2008 04:24 PM

Hello Annie

The ant was so fast, I slow the speed down in Final Cut
maybe to slow? And tanks alot fore the coment.
And the film was a ruff testing, cold done allot here and
ther but putt-putt!!!

Very pleasing and well-done. I also watched the ones about the brook and the wildlife park. The wolf cubs were very active and put on a good show for you. The picture quality was especially good in that one.

Annie Haycock May 7th, 2008 06:39 AM

I think the ant looks a little strange because your film is interlaced and that makes things look strange when slowed down.

Dale Guthormsen May 7th, 2008 03:18 PM

Vidar,

I really liked your images, music was awesome. the ant in the end would make a nice transition into a macro bug section following the fauna section. The ant was cool but not up to the prior material. I would get some more ant footage until you get exatly what you wanted. With this there is no time frame so you do not have to use something because it is all you got.

I look forward to the whole thing when you finish it in the future.

Hello

Tanks so much Stehpen,Annei and Dale I see the ant clip shouldn`t
have been used. But comment is so nice. Since I enjoyed DVinfo I have
learned allot.

Best Regards
Vidar Vedaa.
