Bob Ballard on 60 Minutes Sun. Nov. 29

The cameras of 60 MINUTES - assisted by Nautilus Production's videographer, Rick Allen - go where no man has ever been before to capture the moment ocean explorer Robert Ballardís expedition discovers a 7th Century shipwreck 1,500 feet below the surface. When I was a kid I was totally stoked on that dude. Did this crazy live videoconference thing with like 300 other kids about Hawaiian volcanoes at NASA Ames in Sunnyvale when I was in the 3rd or 4th grade.

Still stoked on him now.

Thanks for the kind words! Despite the lack of sleep for 72 hours it didn't suck even a little bit ;-)
