A Hike to Long Creek Falls - Video

Third outing with my new Panasonic GH4. Long Creek Falls is located in an area called “Three Forks” near Dahlonega, Georgia where the Benton McKaye Trail separates from the Appalachian Trail.

Excellent, what a treat, coffee with Mark. Great video. I loved the close-ups of the Damselfly and mantis. Such smooth clean video, I pleasure to watch. Mark, last week I finally retired after 40 years and 4 days with the Federal government. Maybe we will run into each other in the north Georgia mountains. Take care and thanks for sharing all of your great videos. Bob

I really like the look/color in your video. What settings on the camera and/or in post did you use?
Most of the other footage I found from a gh4 looks a bit dull in comparison.

Was shot at 1080p 60fps, 200 Mbps, .mov format, standard profile, all zeros. On overcast days I use cine-V profile. I usually expose about 1/3 stop to the left. In post I apply white balance if needed and sometimes fiddle with curves a bit. I am amazed what little post work is needed for GH4 footage compared to other cameras I have used.
