1080i50 or 1080i60 for natural history stock?

Do you think the big-hitting natural history footage purchasers internationally (for BBC, Nat Geo, Discovery etc.) would prefer to get stock footage in 1080i50 or 1080i60?

OK, I know they don't officially approve of HDV at all but I'm just trying to decide what format to be shooting with my Z1 when the whale shark gives birth in front of me.

I just signed with Thought Equity and they want me shooting everything 1080/24p.

For HDV they only want 1920X1080/29.97 and 1920X1080/25.

For DVCPro HD they'll take those as well as 24 and 23.97 in 1080.

Hope that helps some.

Course, something like a whale shark giving birth they may take that even if it was shot on a cell phone. :)
