More interesting narrating would make the video less superficial.

Marj, the music is actually made in a simple way in our living room.
A small PCM recorder (Olympus LS10) is used for the recording.
The same recorder is used for catching environmental sounds to the video.

Cat, actually there are sounds of clucking water in these scenes. I see this sound should have been louder.
Neither I am able to hear much of the ripples.
Your engagement for UWOL Challenge is praiseworthy.
I am already looking forward to # 19. Thanks a lot.

Enjoyed watching your entry, particuarly the macro sections. Any comments I can make have already been covered

Interesting that you use the Olympus recorder as this is an area I'm researching at the moment in order to build up a library of natural sounds

Finn-Erik, just finished watching you video for the second time. I think it was great. I love macro and play around with it a lot. I found that the way you led into the subject, turning the rock over, was well done. A simple yet effective way of moving from the world of giants to th macro word. There were a couple of places that I think could have benifited with a longer transition. Bob

Mick,
I have good experience with the Olympus LS10 recorder. It is easy and intuitive in use.
The built-in microphones are pretty good and the recordings are almost completely noiseless.
It lacks something in the lower frequencies and has no XLR input.
If you can live with that, the LS10 is a quite good recorder.

Thanks for the info on the Olympus. I have started to look at at recorders but the jury is out at the moment as to the entry level I will go for. Hopefully I can stretch the money to a model with xlr inputs.
