The moment you have been waiting for, has arrived.
Sign-up is now closed, and it is time to reveal the theme.

Once upon a time, it was believed the universe was made up by the 4 elements:
Water, Earth, Air and Fire.
So this time we are going back in time to make history.

Theme for UWOL 32: THE ELEMENTS

Some words of wisdom told me that this could have a religious interpretation today, and that was not intended when I came up with the theme.

I think the element in this round will be "pleasant surprise" when we all sit down in the new year to watch the many interpretations of the theme. I for one have already churned over several ideas and already my mind has wandered off in various directions. Thanks Trond for another great theme

As of now I have not been able to think of one idea:)

The thing I liked about the theme is that it leaves so much of room for individual interpretation , making it perspective driven challenge ,so we will get different perspectives from all parts of the world .

Just a quick question: Are you limiting us to those four elements or do other elements, like the elements found in the periodic table, also come ito it?

Actually - thinking about it - that was probably a silly question because the elements in the periodic table are found within those four elements. Anyway just checking because one idea I have includes some of those elements.
