Judging UWOL 22

As you know, if you entered a film for this round you are a judge! Refer to rule #9--let me know if you have questions.

9. Judging – All players who submit a video automatically become judges in that round, with the exception of the DVC/UWOL Charity Challenge, where donors to the charity pool also vote. Videos will be available for viewing and feedback after the deadline. At any time after that, judges may send their votes for the top three videos by email to uwol@dvinfo.net. In your email, include the player’s name and title of video along with the placement (#1 #2 #3). One vote per judge/team, and no voting for your own video. Videos should be judged 50% on best use of theme and 50% on overall production value.

If I understand things correctly, Trond won't be able to watch the entries for awhile, so if it's okay with everyone I would like to wait for him. Hoping we can have results by Monday, April 9!

Yes! By all means let's wait for Trond.

Lorinda, that is very kind of you to wait. Hopefully I can send you my votes by Monday. If not, don't wait any longer...

Re: Judging UWOL 22

Hi all,
There will be no votes from me this round.
I have run into some serious computer issues I have to solve.
Suddenly Premiere refused to let me edit (or play on the timeline) any video files. So I am now spending time reinstalling everything on my computer as a last attempt to get it back up and running.

But as soon as I can I will view and give my feedback to everyone.

Only 3 people have turned in their votes so far, so I don't know Trond...you may make it after all! Hoping all is well after the reinstall.

To the other five slackers out there--time to get voting! :)

Do you count me as one of those 3 people, Lorinda?
I sent my votes some days ago :)

No one is late, or a slacker...yet. I was just giving you all a hard time. :)

How about we shoot for an announcement on Wednesday--my Wednesday! That gives the rest of you a couple days to get your votes in.

It's your Wednesday (I think). I've done it. (cheers and clapping)

Yes, cheers and clapping, Owen! :) Still waiting for one more. I will post the winner and runner-up tomorrow!

After working for days and hours trying to figure out computer issues, I have just had an uwol marathon watching every entry, and submitted my votes a minute ago. (if it isn't too late)
Many great entries this round. Well done to everyone!!

Way to go, Trond!! You're not too late; as a matter of fact, I'm still waiting for one more person to vote. Thanks!
