UWOL 49 - Tales of wonders and woes

As always, interaction between the players is encouraged.
What goes great, what did not go as planned, and everything in between, about the making of your UWOL 49 films.

Hope all of you have found an idea for your entries. Your imagination is the limit of how you interpret the theme.

Don't be afraid to ask if you have any questions.
Have fun, and bring the weather :)

Woo hoo it's snowing again. Now to figure out what to do with it besides shoveling.

Unfortunately it has to be shoveled. I think a film of it would be about as exciting as watching paint dry. At least at this time of year. But snow does have some possibilities.

Re: UWOL 49 - Tales of wonders and woes

I have made some recordings.
My problem is that I need a new PC for editing.
It will be a cost and a challenge.
Altso it must be able to handle Vegas Pro 16, which eventually requires a lot of RAM.
There will be a suitable machine for sale, November 23rd.
We'll see how it works out.
Hope all of you is doing fine and getting some great recordings :-)
Attached is the image of a forest mouse.
Cheers!

Its been that time of the year,
Supposed to be start of the winter but a cyclone in the Bay of Bengal got us rains giving a ditch to the cold.
The start is disastrous to put it short. Currently the ideas have gone missing , lets see if any ideas arise on the horizon of this weather

Re: UWOL 49 - Tales of wonders and woes

Hello there.
Last round my PC crashed.
I have ordered a new PC and I was promised it today.
Now I was informed that it will be delivered around December 4th.
Then I have to swim with the shark this round too, unless the deadline can be extended by a week?

Re: UWOL 49 - Tales of wonders and woes

No problem, a deadline is a deadline.
No way back, I just have to jump in the shark tank.
If I get my new PC as promised, I may be able to deliver it as a noncompetitive video.

I am afraid I am also in the tank. I was able to get some of my footage shot but unforeseen things have come up.

Good luck to everyone still in the contest and I look forward to seeing the results.

Re: UWOL 49 - Tales of wonders and woes

damn! - I had a great idea to film the effects of weather on objects, got out and filmed a few rusty old cars and weathered fences but left it too late and we've been hit with a huge rainstorm at the lat minute which kept me indoors.
