dell HDTV deal and monitor options

Ive been looking at monitor vs HDTV options and came across this deal at dell which I think ends TODAY, but its $500 off!

Dell : SHARP Sharp 42" LC42SB45U 1080p LCD HDTV : Video Conferencing : Small & Medium Business

Has HD-Component and 3 HDMI inputs.

At $900, its a pretty good price as compared to the lastest Dell 24" S2409W monitor at $329.
