Help with on camera HD monitor?

Hello all.
I've been looking for an on camera HD monitor that I can use for framing/focus that has a d-tap cable available for it. Any help with this would be really appreciated. Here is my rig:

JVC HD100
IDX battery plate
D-Tap cable running to firestore DR-HD100

Thanks.
