Difference in Sony PVM monitors?

I was wondering if anyone knows the difference between a

Sony PVM-1343MD and a
Sony PVM-1344Q

other than the MD is listed for medical use.
I can't seem to find any real specs anywhere.

Medical devices are certified to a higher standard.

To the best of my knowledge, this involves safety issues such as the maximum leakage current to help protect patients and staff.

These devices usually have to have a "Medically Qualified" power supply.

The operational specifications, in my opinion, would be the same.
