Which HDTV shows off A1U?

Shopping for a new TV and leaning toward 2 plasma monitors at Sams Club, a 42" Aiwa (PDP4225M- 1024x1024 res- $1500) and a 50" vizio (P50HDM-1366x768res.$2K). I like the picture on both but read a review somewhere that 1080i input looked funny on the vizio- I wish I could find that review again. Does anyone own either of these or recommend a set for $2k or less that does show off A1U footage? Ambient room light is high so a plasma or LCD is preferable.

I'm partial to LCDs and CRTs, Plasmas not so much. And in terms of LCDs, check this out:

I have two 17 inch widescreen LCDs (1280 x 768) on my edit system. Their 1080p monitors are awesome!
