Last Friday Wedding Trailer
J.J. Kim J.J. Kim is offline May 8th, 2009, 04:34 PM

shot on last Friday, May 1st.
It rained a bit and cloudy for most of the day, but blue came out right before the reception.
I wish for some outdoor weddings, but not happening on me yet...

Nice shooting of the prep, but the transition to the vows was a bit abrupt for me (perhaps because the music cut out and the shot stayed static for so long). Color balance on the reception was a bit on the warm side, not sure if that was intentional. You had a very strong beginning, but the end could have used some more liveliness (and less of the photographer).
Thanks for sharing. Care to elaborate on the equipment used?

Here are the things I thought about when I watched the video:

1. nice song!
2. nicely put together, goes well with the song.
3. nice framing going on!
4. the song fading out on ceremony was too quick, i was annoyed by that when watching it
5. the part when she says "all the days of my life" was priceless..
6. I would have the song still playing softly in the background during vows.
7. the ending flash was a bit tacky for my taste and the font design could be better.
8. great work!

My two cents.

Santo

Susanto:

1. thanks. it was a music by Kerry Mezzey,
4. will fix it tonight.
5. that part made a couple more people cry other than the bride. powerful moment.
6. turn your volume up a bit. there IS music playing in the background.
7. flash by photographer and I kinda used it with the text.
8. thank you x 1M.

Omar --> see #1. Thank you. He makes lots of good music! Check him out at iTunes.

Oren: Audio, I will touch up tonight. for WB, I intended a little warmness, but changed as night went cause it was getting a bit too much warm, so... Equipment list: 1 XH-A1, 1 XH-A1s, Soom System, Sachtler tripod, Litepanel Micro... Thank you, Oren!
