Entertaining style wedding highlights
Serge Satkar Serge Satkar is offline September 7th, 2009, 06:33 AM

Hello!
Wanted to share first work from summer 2009.. Shot on 5dmkII except two XH-A1 shots ('can guess which ;)

Not quite typical work for me, but especially made in entertaining style.
Much more VOVs interviews and reality actions left for documentary and feature film production.
So here it is Alexander & Victoria. Wedding highlights on Vimeo

Wow... Very dynamic and colorful. I'm sure the reception was a blast to film with so many entertainers :-)

Also love the street shots out of the car - what lens? 10-22mm? And those blur effects you obtained with lensbabies lens or some filter?

I've just seen footage from my friends T1i and it was stunning. Can only imagine 5D images.

woow that is such a joy watching the video. Love all those dramatic camera angles. Thanks for sharing.

How you able to get all the light glare shows as heart shape?

Oh you're dangerous guy saing that %)
Anyways come to us you're welcome, I can try to manage co-filming one of my weddings in Russia.

Regarding 5Ds -- you should try to look at 7D if full frame not so crucial to you.

Thanks, Taky. I love that lens especially when slight silky clouds on the skys. Have quite a lot of material but still lack of time for tight sharing.

Heart shaped bokeh was made with lensbaby + aperture kit. It has iris disk in the form of heart or star or you can cut other form as you like on a blank aperture disk
