Highlights with a Narrative
Erik Andersen Erik Andersen is offline December 10th, 2009, 03:03 AM

We've been putting more of a focus on narrative of late, seems like we were late to this "trend of 2009" so we're making up for lost time. The song, the sermon and the speech work together to create a story to tie this one together. But it's far from perfect, and I'd love to hear some critique and suggestions on how to push this further. Or any little details that didn't work for you while watching the video.

Thanks!

I don't know Erik, maybe if I watched it as many times as you, I might find something to improve... but it looks pretty damn good to me. You guys are doing some beautiful work over there.

Well, Erik... That was very touching, especially the bride speech part. Other than that, your shots and editing prove that you put great care into creating this film. Thanks for sharing, because I really enjoyed it.

Also, the music selection was right on the spot!

Erik, that was outstanding. You had me from the moment the priest was talking about the color of the flowers and you showed the flowers. Excellent work, and I have nothing of note to mention in terms of critique. A real heartfelt piece. Bravo.

Erik
That was beautifully constructed... the priest's audio, the song choice, the shot choice to go with the what the priest was saying... you put emotions into this piece which I believe is key to any work.

Beautiful work Erik and in my opinion that was a rock solid piece. The VO choices were perfect.

Cheers,

Like the others, I have nothing but great things to say. I tried very hard to find something to critique and found nothing. Great work.
