Soundtrack help

I was searching this forum but couldn't find the answer to a question thatís been haunting me...

I hear this soundtrack all the time but clueless where it comes from...

I found it again at

http://www.weddingfilms.com/preview/megandthom.wmv

I love the way the editer/shooter put this together along with the music..
The shooter is a poster here and great work on this if you shot/edit this. So fluid, smooth and personal...

Any idea who director/movie, etc... and any others you can put me to along this type of music would be great. I know of Gladiator soundtrack (hans zimmer) and score but not many others (james horner)...
