Do you give advice!

Do you guys give advice on what colors look good on video if your client ask? Specially bridmaids dress's, i have 5 wedding this summer that the bridmaids are wearing red and i hate red. What colors do you guys like and dislike most? Thank and any input on how to deal with will be great.

I don't give advice, but my wife will sometimes counsel a couple that white flowers aren't a great idea since they won't stand out from the wedding dress at all. I find that most brides have colors picked out by the time we meet, and it just doesn't feel like an area for me to tell them to change their mind.

The only other caution I have is that black or very dark dresses when shot in evening sunset conditions might look brown.
