Work out your cost:Excel Job Costing Tool

Hi All,

I've developed a small excel tool to help us as wedding videographer to find out the cost of our wedding service.

I sure most of you guys have your own accountant and accounting advise. Therefore, this tool would be suitable for the new start up videographer who have no idea what would be and the cost and how to price their service.

The job costing tool not only work out the cost of your service, is also provide information on your profit ratio, wages ratio and cash flow.

This tool didn't have any taxation calculation involved since it would be different in every country. If you got any question regarding to tax, please consult your local accountant.

This tool is still under development, I would appreciate any feedback, comment, error report and suggestion.

Wow, just peeked at it for a moment and this is quite impressive. I have figured out this sort of thing on paper before but this spreadsheet is great for newbies and oldheads the same. May bring light to many different situations! Definitely really cool to check out!

Thanks for sharing such a usefull tool!

Yes, thank you very much. I will probably customize some of the fields for my situation and use it. Good job.
