Second Camera suggestions?

Well I broke down and purchased the Sony EX1, read enough good points to get it.

I have sold both of my XH A1's, and now have the EX1 (be here tomorrow) and will add the Canon 5d II to my camera bag next week. My HV30 is still at canon for the second time, this time the LCD is messed up, all pixelated hope it will be back soon.

Is this combination going to be a nightmare to match up in post, I am not so worried about the 5d II, this will be mostly for special effects thinking more of the HV30.

If I replace the HV30 what would you suggest as a B Cam, I was originally thinking XH A1s, but wonder if the Panasonic, or Sony have a cam that will match up better in post, and even be able to go tapeless at some point.

Not sure how hard it is to match different brand cameras in post.

Also wondering if one of the cameras should be a CCD, or keep them all CMOS?

I thought you were throwing in the towel... :) Seems like you're stepping it up! Nice kit.

I know, I changed directions a little, but again have learned a lot on here over the last week.

I still will try and do one or the other, and not try and jump neck deep into hollywood style video. I have to eliminate hours of pre ceremony shooting and footage unless I ever want to go that route.

I also am eliminating the biggest problem I had with video, and that was capture. So many times I had to re capture tapes, this was killing me both with time and storage. Hopefully will be tapeless, except for a HV30 taping the wide shot of the ceremony.
