High End CD/DVD Cases for Demos and Clients

Looking for two different and truely unique cases made for a single DVD or CD. One fairly inexpensive to mail out my demos in and another as fancy as they get for paid clients. Havent found anything. The ideal style would speak 'timeless elegance' (without the cheese). As one possible style think Lord of the Rings - Elves. Thanks guys.

Thats pretty nice. As far as the other style its called "the book" and is made out of leather (although imitation). Aparently they go for as low as $45 per DVD
