Can someone recommend a piece of software to create awesome titles and bumpers?

Something that is automated...?

There has got to be something out there that is incredibly easy to make amazing titles and bumpers

"Incredibly easy to make amazing.."

And you don't list hte NLE you are using, so we have no idea what might be compatible.

Not asking for much are you? Plenty of automated programs, with templates that can't be modified.

Plenty of amazing programs, that have templates, but are difficult to learn.

of course AFTER EFFECTS.

Look into DIGITAL JUICE editors toolkit.

I downloaded the trial version of After Effects last week. It is fully functional for 30 days. I was up and running quickly, making good animated titles by applying the animation presets. If you go to the adobe site you can pull up the gallery to see what animations are available. Hope this helps.

Yes, if you don't tell us what kind of computer and what software you have then we can't give you very useful answers...

If you're on the Mac then take a look at Motion. You can download a free trial here: http://www.apple.com/motion/trial/. It has some pretty heavy duty CPU requirements however. Best to run on a G5. The newer powerbooks support it, as does the iMac G5. Other G4's may require some expensive upgrades.

But it does allow you to create animated titles and effects very quickly.
