Best way to share a clip

I would love to get the forums critique on some of my recent stuff. I was wondering how you all suggest (sans website) that I stream it. I have no website up yet and would need to know what service is easiest to share stuff from.

Let me know:

Service-website-server
File format
resolution, etc...

Dan I use the webspace that my internet prodiver give me (Comcast). They give me 25 megs which is usually more than enough to render out a clip around 5 minutes or so to WMV format. I've found WMV to be the best compromise of quality and size. I usually encode at a bit-rate of 512k.
