Fantastic news Warren, that's exactly what I was hopeful of with the 2700mah rechargables. What charger are you using?
Chris, I really don't know much about the H4n as of yet, but maybe someone here can give you some advise. Or possibly start a new post in the audio forum. Take care |

I started using mine for weddings, but the batteries never seem to last anywhere near where they should. Normally I have it plugged in, but my "boss" will give me KIRKLAND batteries and they literally last half an hour with phantom power on at 48/16 or 48/24 running the built in mics and a single Sennhesier G3 lav.
The battery bars will start acting up 5-10 mins in and start flashing the third bar on and off and yesterday I had it showing 3 bars, then 2 and then 1 back and forth frequently, going up and down. By 30 mins I had an empty battery with low battery warnings. I'm not sure if my Zoom is messed up or what? |

If your using rechargeable make sure you've set that in the settings for accurate battery readings. It's default is alkaline.
