Shooting anamorphic
 

Looking to shoot a gig anamorphic with the custom crop marks available in the majic lantern hacks. I only want to use it for the trailer. For the short film, will my cropping look weird if its presented at 16:9 even though during filming I framed everything for anamorphic?

I was intending to be more general, but will be using t2i, 5d mark II and a gh1.
