This is my first clip on DVInfo. I'd like some feedback on any changes/suggestions anyone has. Thanks and Enjoy!

looks cool

Just looked at the clip you have posted. It's pretty good. I really like the camera work, it's steady and you got some good angles. It looks like you mainly relied on cuts for this clip. Here is a website of a wedding videographer, that has some good style, let me know what you think!

his work uses a lot of different effects...

good luck

Darrell, great work!

Unlike Dave's work (who is a master at what he does himself), this piece uses less effects and relies more on editing and camerawork.

Thanks for the compliment, it's an honor to be compared to Dave!

Darrel

-not boring, fun to watch, and you had me wondering how you accompished some of those moving shots.

I'm just currious, approximately how much raw video (not music video stuff) did this couple get of thier reception?

Thanks for posting

Thanks for the compliments Craig!

I don't give them any "raw" video. The reception highlights is a longer montage that contains longer clips of the events that took place like the garter cake cutting etc. I mix in some audio from the events, but there is always music set to the video.
