I am getting a new camera

Hi people, I mad needing to add a few new cameras to my line up, I have ex3 and 5dmk3
I am looking to make up a new kit for my other guy, so question is what cameras.

Option 1 Sony ex1r and a nex vs20
Option 2 Canon xf300 and a xa100 (now I know there are a smaller sensor) what I have seen some footage is not to bad.

Film wedings mostly, and , with school dance concerts. To keep me sane!!

Any help.
